How can I pay?

We offer you two payment options. Firstly, via bank transfer; you transfer the money to us before the delivery of the products. Or you can pay when picking up the products. In addition to cash, you can also pay by debit card (no credit cards).

When can I expect my product?

After approval and payment of the quote, we immediately arrange shipment via our regular partner DHL. Generally, the products are delivered to you within 1 to 2 days. You can track your product using track and trace to know when it will be delivered.

How long is the warranty on my product?

For the products you purchase from us, the warranty applies as the manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer. Generally between 2 and 6 years.
